The Capital Melrose

Great hotel, excellent location with a modern sharp style. The staff were super helpful and the rooms were great. I think all standard rooms have an interconnecting door to the adjacent room, so convenient for families but might be a negative if you have noise/security concerns. The superior rooms have no such interconnection, so might be worth paying for an upgrade if you it’s an issue for you. Great price, only a stones throw from all the restaurants in Melrose Arch. It is located just outside the gated part of the Arch complex, but this shouldn’t put you off.

It’s proximity to Melrose Arch, very professional reception staff, big lounge- kitchen open plan and serenity of the place. Lastly general cleanliness of the rooms and cleaning team does an amazing job. Thank you for having me. I’m sold you’ll definitely see me again very soon.

The facilities and utensils are excellent in the panthouse. Service at reception OK was almost threatened that booking was suppose to be canceled because we didn't check in on time but because we fully paid it wasn't. Rather send a sms or email when u see a late check in to advise. Imagine if I had No where to go late at night.

Room Service was the best!!!10/10 We enjoyed our ribs and wings.juicy,soft and delicious!!i have never had such juicy delicious ribs before10/10!!! Privacy!!!We were supposed to have checked out by 10 but we took all our time and the staff never bothered us.liked everything about the place and team
